Delivery / Postage Costs
Charges for orders, excluding Table Plans, are calculated by weight and I will advise of the delivery cost when I confirm your order. Table Plans incur a separate Delivery Charge.
As a guide the scale of charges are as follows:
Up to 1kg - £6.40
1kg to 2kg - £8.25
2kg to 10kg - £20.70
Please be aware that Delivery Charges are per parcel.
Your order will normally be sent in two stages :
* Invitations and RSVPs *
* Order of Service, Menus, Favours and Table Plans *
Deposits, Payments & Cancellations
A 50% deposit is required when ordering. An invoice or e-mail detailing the outstanding balance will be sent to you when the invitations have been completed and are ready for posting. Please note they will not be released until the full payment has been received.
As your Wedding Stationery is personalised and unique to you, cancelled orders following the approval of the final proof will have to be paid for in full.
Cancellation policy is as follows:
Cancellation more than 6 months before your Wedding date – 50% deposit retained
Cancellation 3 – 6 months before your Wedding date – 50% deposit retained plus an additional 25% cancellation fee
Cancellation less than 3 months before your Wedding date – 50% deposit retained plus 50% cancellation fee – i.e. full payment of total order amount required.
My Wedding Stationery is completely handcrafted and slight variations will occur.
